Due to the custom nature of this product, please allow 1-4 days for me to personally assemble your products before dispatching.
Shipping
I personally ship globally from Sydney, Australia with registered post (with tracking numbers). All tariffs are included in the final sale price so you never get a sneaky surprise.
As a general rule shipping times from HQ are normally:
🇦🇺 Australia: 2 - 6 Days
🇺🇸 USA: 3 - 10 Days
🇬🇧 UK: 3 - 10 Days
🇳🇿 New Zealand: 2 - 7 Days
🇨🇦 Canada: 3 - 10 Days
I aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours so you can get it as quickly as possible but delays do sometimes occur during peak periods, sales and promotional periods or if the TikTok gods saw fit to send my content viral...again.
If your order is delayed significantly, I will endeavour to let you know via email as quickly as possible.
**Please keep in mind that I am a one-woman-band and I solely manufacture and ship hundreds of orders a day (plus doing the books, marketing, designing, photography, social media, website, emails etc etc)...so delays can sometimes occur. I am a human being at the end of that angry email you may be tempted to send me because the order you placed 20 minutes ago hasn't been dispatched yet. Keep your knickers on.**
