Wish I had something like this years ago. The pickypad has prevented me from compulsively picking at my skin and using it has relieved a lot of stress from overstimulation.

I ordered a few of these on an impulse after going too hard on my legs and I think it's safe to say that I've finally found something that will keep the "found tiny bump, gotta pick" lizard brain at bay.
These are quite firm so they deliver a similar feeling to when you really start digging at a bump and wind up turning the bump into a hole, only these won't lead to scars and infections.

This popping pad is quiet thick and rough. Its harder to get the beads out and they are very burried. Its a harder pick up still great

Really great, when it arrived it was quiet sticky so i just putbit in the fridge and it hardened. Great for picking, its like jelly and its soft. Also the big and colourful beads make it fun to pick at :)
